I Contacted Bobby and his team at Beyond The Level to help create and install a wet room which was required urgently with a very tight timeframe. My husband is a wheelchair user, so we needed safe and accessible features to accommodate his needs. From the outset, Bobby carefully planned and designed the room to our specification and also provided so much more. His approach was proactive and he offered helpful suggestions on what would suit best. We wanted to have a modern wet room with high-end finishes to achieve a luxury aesthetic. Visitors all comment on the very stylish layout of the wet room which isn’t obviously for a wheelchair user. Bobby and his amazing team more than delivered. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was 100%. The tiling and finishing is immaculate and we are delighted with the results. Needing a very instant and more suitable bathroom due to an emergency operation for my husband we were recommended to Bobby and from the first meeting we knew we were in the best of hands and would not be let down.
We had a wet floor shower room installed within a few weeks – the workmanship was superb, any mess was cleared daily and the whole team could not have been kinder or more obliging – the end result was just what we needed and is stylish and very functional. I was introduced to Bobby Clyde and his amazing team of bathroom fitters through a friend. It must have been obvious to their experienced eyes that this was going to be a difficult job, yet despite that they not only agreed to take it on, but put me into the diary within weeks of the first survey.
Bobby has perfected a formula that works seamlessly. He personally helps the client choose fixtures and fittings, and in my case even advised against the tiles of my choice as they were likely to be slippy under foot when wet. His long experience in the bathroom business means he knows what works and what doesn’t, and he is able to design a bathroom that is practical, functional, yet elegant. A self confessed perfectionist, he only employs fitters and other tradespeople who are perfectionists themselves. As a result, both my bathrooms were stripped back to bare walls and completely rebuilt to an incredible high standard, each in only a week.
Much of the key to Bobby’s success is the skilled workforce who carry out the installations. It was Laszlo and Zsolt who fitted my bathrooms and between them they have a wealth of knowledge and skill as well as commitment to get the job done. They were able to lower the tray in the en suite to make it more accessible and replaced an awkward shaped bath with shower in the guest bathroom that is nothing short of stunning. Their combined craftsmanship is second to none. I was left with two bathrooms that are the envy of all my visitors.
I would not hesitate to recommend Beyond The Level to create a mobility bathroom that is notable for the perfection of finish, practicality of design and attention to detail. Despite the inherited problems left by the previous owner of my apartment which were discovered along the way, Laszlo and Zsolt remained calm, focused and always found a solution to every problem.
